The second part of 'Junior Mandrake' was named 'Senior Mandrake' . Shoot of the film is progression at Gymkhana club in Kochi. Jagadeesh and Jagathy, who were in lead roles in the first part of the film took part in the first day shoot. Heroine is Charutha. The director and scenarist is Ali Akbar. Other cast includes Suraj, Kalpana, Salim Kumar, Mamu Koya, Sidharaj, T.S Raju, Riyas Raja, Haneef Kumaramputhoor, Kottayam Rasheed, Sabitha and others. Ali Akbar and Roy Puramadam had penned the lyrics. Hari Venu Gopal has scored the music. Under the banner of M and S productions, Mummy Century and Shameer Thukil are producing the film.
