Director-actor Balachandra Menon was admitted at the Gastro Entrology wing of the Lakeshore Hospital in Ernakulam. He was undergone a major surgery there and kept in Medical ICU for observation. According to Doctors, he is recovering slowly and he could leave hospital in a week's time.
