There were reports that Malayalam latest flick "Bodyguard" will be remade in Tamil. The Tamil version is expected to star the youth icon of Kollywood, Vijay in the lead. Meanwhile sources claim that Asin will play the lady lead in this one. It has been a while since Asin was part of any south Indian ventures since she became busy with Bollywood ventures. Though she started off well in Bollywood, her second venture did not do well at the box office.
